FansPromo (“we”, “us”) provides free AI tools for content creators and works with creators as a management agency. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Account details you provide (name, email, password). Content you enter into the tools and the results we generate, so we can show your history. If you apply to work with us, the details you put in the application form: the name you want to be called, your age, your country, how to reach you, and any profile links you choose to add. If you use the chat bubble, the messages you type there, the address of the page you were on, and a visitor identifier kept in your browser so the conversation can continue on your next visit. If you are logged in, the chat also receives your account email so we can tie the conversation to your account. Basic technical data (IP, browser) for security and abuse prevention.
To run the tools, save your history, answer your application, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Text you submit to a tool may be sent to our AI provider solely to generate your results. Your application is read by our team only.
We do not sell your data. We share only with processors that run the service, currently our AI provider for tool results, our hosting and CDN provider, the font service that serves our typefaces, and our chat service (InChat, operated by us on inchat.ai) that carries the chat bubble conversations, under their own privacy terms. The chat script does not read what you type into the application form or any other field on the page. We do not run third party advertising, analytics or session recording on this site.
We do not take card payments on this site and we do not operate a paid subscription here. The tools are free. If we work together as an agency, the terms are agreed with you individually.
You can edit your profile, delete your account (which removes your history), and request data deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
FansPromo is strictly for adults aged 18 or older.
